We accept money orders and cashier’s checks in US currency. If you have questions, please give us a call or email us.
Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders shipped to WA State.
Quantity discounts may apply when ordering more than ten (10) of an item. Please call or email us for a quote.
Our green and red laser pointers come with a 30-day warranty. Removal or attempt to remove the FDA sticker, scratches, dropping the pointer or any sign of physical abuse, or any attempt to disassemble or modify the pointer will void the warranty.
Items received in a faulty condition, or a fault becomes apparent within the first 5 days after delivery, we will dispatch a new item as soon as possible after the faulty item has been returned and inspected. Faulty items must be returned in original condition within 5 days.
SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES: (Subject to change without notice)
- Your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service (US Postal Mail). We ship our products worldwide, including APO and FPO addresses!
- Order shipped in the US will be shipped via US Postal Service’s First Class Mail or Priority Mail with USPS Tracking Information. Shipping and handling fees are subject to change at any time without notice.
- Order shipped outside the US will be shipped US First Class International Mail. Green laser pointers shipped outside the US will be sent via Registered Air Post with return receipt signature. Shipping and handling fees are subject to change at any time without notice.
- If you wish to use your UPS or FedEx account, a handling fee of $5.00 per order will be charged.
- Items availability and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason.
- Order received by 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will go out the same day except during US Postal Office holidays. A shipment notification will be sent to you via email with tracking information.
- If a package is returned because of an undeliverable address or you refused to accept the package, you will pay the reshipping costs.
- If shipping address is outside the US, you are responsible for all applicable import duty and local taxes, if any. If you have any questions, please verify with your customs department before placing an order. Sometimes, the package may be held at customs and you may be requested to contact the customs department. We cannot contact your customs department on your behalf.
- International shipment may take 10 to 15 business working days or more due to customs delay.
- All items returned will be charged a $15.00 restocking fee, which will be automatically deducted from your refund.
- All return items must be in original packaging.
- For faster service, please include a copy of your packing slip or receipt.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance. These fees are not refundable.
- All return items must be mailed to: PO Box 759 Mead WA 99021.
- Please allow 5 business days to process return items. We reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason.
- If you removed or attempted to remove the FDA sticker, physically abused the pointer (scratches), dropped the pointer or attempted to disassemble the pointer, this voids the warranty.
- Used silver wires and Colloidal Silver Generators cannot be returned. Should you need assistance with our colloidal silver generators, please contact our technical support at email@example.com.
