HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:

ONLINE:
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover cards using our secure e-commerce server. You can also pay through Google checkout. To request an invoice using Google checkout, please email us at googlecheckout@atlasnova.com.

 

For security purposes, we ask for your Credit Card's Security Code - the last 3 digits printed on the back of your MasterCard, VISA, and Discover cards. For American Express, we need the 4 digits on the front of the card.
Note:  ATLASNOVA will be shown on your credit card statement.  

 

We also ask for your email address so we could send you email confirmation that your order has been received and shipment notification.

 

In the event that your card has been declined or received a transaction error, please give us a call at 1-509-466-0789 or 1-509-466-0976 during our business hours or email us at abeland@atlasnova.com.

 

Make sure that you enter the billing address where you receive your credit card statement on our payment form.

We accept money orders and cashier's checks in US currency. We will ship your order upon receipt of payment. If you have questions, please give us a call or email us.

 

 

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS:
Quantity discounts may apply when ordering more than ten (10) of an item. Please call or email us for a quote.

 

WARRANTY:
Our laser pointers come with a 90-day warranty.  Removal or attempt to remove the FDA sticker, scratches, dropping the pointer or any sign of physical abuse, or any attempt to disassemble or modify the pointer will void the warranty.    

 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:

We check each and every item before it is shipped.  Our return rate is extremely low because of this. Even so, we recognize that an item could be roughly handled during transport.  For an item that may arrive in a faulty condition, or a fault becomes apparent within the first 5 days after delivery, we will dispatch a new item as soon as possible after the faulty item has been returned and inspected. Faulty items must be returned in original condition within 5 days. The buyer is responsible for the return postage fee.

 

Please take note of the following:

  • All items returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee, which will be automatically deducted from your refund.
  • All returns and exchanges must be in the original packaging. 
  • For faster service, please include a copy of your packing slip or receipt.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return postage fee and insurance of all returns and exchanges. These fees are not refundable.
  • For international customers, it is important to declare your package as a "Product for Return" on the Customs Declaration Form.  In turn, Atlasnova will declare the replacement as "Product Repaired".
  • All returns and exchanges must be mailed to: PO Box 759 Mead WA 99021.
  • Please allow 7 business days to process your returns or exchanges.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges for any reason.  
  • If you removed or attempted to remove the FDA sticker, physically abused the pointer (scratches), dropped the pointer or attempted to disassemble the pointer, this voids the warranty.  Thus, please do not bother sending the pointer back to us.

CANCEL ORDER:

An order cannot be cancelled after we have shipped it out. The shipping and handling fee is not refundable, even if the buyer refuses to accept the package.  

 

 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

Our technical support is ONLY available for customers who purchased our CS Starter Kit, CSG-1, CSG-1AC, Half-Gallon, and One-Gallon CS Generators.

 

 

SHIPPING:

  • Your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service (US Postal Mail). We ship our products worldwide!

  • Products shipped in the US will be shipped via US Postal Service's First Class Mail or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping and handling fees are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • Products shipped outside the US will be shipped US First Class International Mail.  Green laser pointers shipped outside the US will be sent via Registered Mail. Shipping and handling fees are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • Should you want to use UPS or FEDEX, email us at abeland@atlasnova.com or call us at 1-509-466-0789 or 1-509-466-0976 before ordering for shipping rates by 1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.

  • In the event that you want us to use your UPS or Fedex account, a handling fee of $5.00 per order will be charged.

  • Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserved the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason.

  • Your order will go out the same day if order/payment is received by 2:00 pm Pacific Time Zone except during US Postal Office holidays.  A shipment notification will be sent to customers via email or phone.
  • If a package is returned because of a wrong address, you will pay the reshipping costs. 
  • We are happy to ship to APO and FPO addresses.  We had one of these ourselves for many years.   
  • For customers outside the US, you are responsible for all applicable import duty and local taxes, if any. If you have any questions, please verify with your countries customs department before you purchase. Sometimes, the package may be held at  customs and the recipient may be requested to contact the customs department. We cannot contact your customs department on your behalf.  International shipment may take 10 to 15 business working days or more due to customs delay.

Sales tax will be collected on all orders shipped to Washington State.
